With nearly three decades of legal experience, Rodney McLellan is a seasoned attorney whose career spans corporate law, healthcare, child advocacy, insurance litigation, collections, and executive leadership. A United States Air Force veteran, he began his civilian legal career serving as Vice President and General Counsel for a leading aviation engine repair company, where he oversaw contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.

He then represented abused and neglected children through the Miami-Dade Guardian ad Litem Program and the Florida Department of Children and Families. From there, he expanded into the insurance field, representing both insurers and plaintiffs in automobile coverage disputes, gaining a reputation for his balanced perspective and strategic approach.

Before joining Grant Cardone Enterprises as Chief Legal Officer, he provided legal counsel to a multi-location medical facility, advising on regulatory compliance, contracts, and operational matters. In his role with Grant Cardone Enterprises, he delivered executive-level counsel on contracts, corporate structure, and high-stakes business operations.
